Your rental time includes setup, decorating, your event, and cleanup, giving you full use of the venue during your reserved time. To make planning easy, we recommend keeping all event activities within your selected rental period.

Rules:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. Payments are non-refundable, but date changes may be requested in writing within 14 days of booking and are subject to availability.
- Your reserved rental time includes setup and teardown, allowing full use of the venue during your scheduled rental period.
- If a cleaning add-on is not selected in advance, we ask that renters leave the venue clean and in the same condition in which it was received.

Event Add-ons
Cleanup | The cleanup add-on is designed to handle the standard post-event cleanup after your gathering. This includes trash removal, surface wipe-downs, light straightening, and restoring the venue to its normal setup.
Deep cleaning, damage, and unusually heavy cleanup are not included. | $75 |

If a setup and takedown add-on is not selected, tables and chairs are available for use, and clients will handle setup and takedown themselves.
If a cleaning add-on is not selected, we ask that the venue be left in the same clean condition in which it was received. Before leaving, please complete the following:
- Trash: Bag all trash and place it in the outside bin.
- Surfaces: Wipe down tables, counters, and any spills.
- Furniture: Return tables and chairs to their original layout.
- Floors: Sweep or vacuum any visible debris.
- Decor: Remove all decorations, tape, and hooks.
- Before You Leave: Turn off lights, close doors, and check for any personal belongings.
Please note: A $150 cleaning fee will apply if the venue is not left in the same clean condition.
